What you'll be doing with us:
Are you looking to take on a leadership role and contribute to a culture of appreciation? Then join the market management team at our REWE Richard Geitner oHG grand opening in November 2024 and assist with all tasks as needed, including filling in for the market manager:

You will not only implement the REWE sales concept, but also actively contribute your ideas to shaping the product range and implementing advertising and sales measures.
You will manage sales, costs, inventory development, and the implementation of quality management.
You will support your team with advice and assistance, lead by example, and create work schedules.
You value respectful leadership and collaboration on an equal footing.
You will provide competent advice and friendly service to ensure that our customers feel completely at ease.
You will ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness with your attention to detail.
You will be responsible for compliance with legal and company regulations.
