How you can contribute:
As a Quality Process Specialist (m/f/d), you will be a member of the "Projects, Quality & Analytics" team.

You will act as an expert on the topic of claim management (especially for transport damages) and work closely with our assessors, lawyers, customers, internal departments, and transport partners.

You will also be responsible for continuously improving the claim management process.

Your other tasks include:

Preparing and independently accompanying audits and certification processes
Designing and conducting target groupspecific training on quality processes and related tools
Active participation in projects, as well as leading and coordinating improvement measures
Monitoring and evaluation (including digital
