Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm




RATE OF PAY:
$89,300 per year


What this role entails:


  • Oversees the development of more complex customer deliverables, which may include, data management, report generation, excel support analysis, customer interaction, customer and internal support, internal and customer project development and documentation, unbundling and/or stacking scenarios.
  • Perform tasks related to the delivery of products and services without daytoday supervision; assists other team members with complex problems and provides training as needed.
  • Demonstrate appropriate operating autonomy when given individual assignments; knows appropriate times to seek assistance and review of work products.
  • Supports new customer onboarding activities; serves as an onboarding lead.
  • Ability to manage internal initiatives and projects.
  • Helps to drive product improvement and aids in product testing.
  • Understand, follow and report time against the work plan.
  • Actively seek out personal learning opportunities.
  • Seek advice and feedback from more experienced colleagues. Perform other tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Care or related plus 48 months of experience.
  • Proven mastery of the duties required at the Sr. Analyst level or equivalent
  • Proficiency with managing, processing and reporting data; serves as a data SME
  • Ability to perform under tight deadlines and balance multiple customer assignments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound analytics skills to perform work with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work from IntegriChain office, for applicable roles
