CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (M/W/D)
Temporary position for 2 years as parental leave replacement.
Part-time position available (preferably in the afternoons)


Your responsibilities:


  • Sales
  • Customer consultation
  • Contract management
  • Debt collection
  • Telephone service
  • Complaint management
  • General administrative tasks.

We expect:


Commercial education with work experience, proficient in MS Office, willingness to promote and work on weekends, flexibility, professional appearance, ability to work independently and goal-oriented, friendly and service-oriented demeanor, trustworthiness and team spirit, experience in the energy/service industry, customer service and sales experience are advantageous, knowledge of the Schleupen application is desirable.
