Your tasks:

  • Managing our construction sites according to technical and economic objectives
  • Efficient work preparation and planning of construction processes
  • Instruction and leadership of employees
  • Measurement and billing of construction services
  • Participation in bid calculations
  • Preparation and enforcement of additional offers

Your profile:

  • Completed degree (university/college) in civil engineering or a comparable education
  • Relevant professional experience in road and sewer construction
  • Good knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) and experience with a calculation/billing program
  • Assertiveness and negotiation skills
  • Independent, team-oriented, and results-driven work style
