A prerequisite for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship. This position is available from March 2024 for a period of 5 to 6 months.

In global personnel management, the global HR business partners and their team support and advise the executive board and top management on all strategic and operational HR issues.

As an intern, you have the opportunity to contribute to current strategic topics. You can bring your own ideas and actively contribute to the continuous development of our processes. You will also be involved in supporting the daily operational tasks. This will give you insights into the various processes along the employee life cycle.
