Description
As a process mechanic, you produce molded components from polymeric materials (especially plastic). Your tasks also include monitoring automated production processes, setting up machines, and performing simple repair work.

In the future, you can start your career as a process mechanic with us or in other companies in the industrial manufacturing sector.

What should you bring? Interest in physics and chemistry, technical understanding, and the ability to work carefully.

Start of training:

Duration of training: 3 years Vocational school: Dinkelsbühl, block instruction What you will learn in your training: * Preparation and processing of materials and auxiliary substances * Starting up machines and systems * Manual processing of plastic semi-finished products * Installation of tools and production machines * Monitoring, controlling, and regulating production systems * Checking and evaluating work results At the end of your training, you will be able to independently install tools and adjust the production process, as well as independently correct any errors.

You can now deepen your expertise, aim for a specialization in a production area, or take advantage of the many further training opportunities.
