We are looking for you (m/f/d) as an interested professional who wants to enrich and support our team with personal commitment and reliability for 30 hours per week.

We, the Association of Social Pedagogical Small Groups, are a non-profit organization in the field of child and youth welfare. We are diverse, non-denominational, and participatory. Our residential, semi-residential facilities, and outpatient services are located in Fulda, Northern Hesse, and Bremen.

The Supported Living Gudensberg offers young people who need support on their path to independence an individual support program in a trusting environment. Our goal is to create a framework in which they can develop perspectives and mature personally, in order to start an independent and self-responsible life.

Your tasks

  • Support and care for young people based on the care plan and standards of the association, with the aim of self-sufficiency
  • Professional relationship building
  • Cooperation with, for example, schools, training positions, doctors, and therapists
  • Cooperation with the families of origin
  • Counseling and crisis intervention
