Numotion, the nation's leading provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT), is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Director of Operations Fulfillment to join our team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers, who rely on individually configured, medically necessary mobility products and services, receive the highest quality of care and service.

The Director of Operations Fulfillment will oversee a team of technicians across various functions including Production/Assembly, Warehouse, Seating, Shipping/Receiving, and Courier/Delivery.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and coordinate the local branch's operations to ensure efficient and safe shipping/receiving, inventory management, assembly, and delivery processes.

The director will lead the order fulfillment team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and retention, hire and develop staff, and oversee warehouse activities.

They will also be responsible for inventory reports, operational insights, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring compliance with company and government regulations.

The role demands a proactive approach to improving operations, quality, and customer satisfaction, as well as effective scheduling and management of distribution routes.

The Director will implement best practices and utilize reporting databases to optimize business outcomes.

This full-time, regular/at-will position is based in Worcester - Plantation St and offers a competitive salary range of $92,000.00 to $115,000.00 annually, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, disability, 401k, and life insurance.

Required Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum of five years of operational work experience
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, including leading, mentoring, and coaching
  • Valid State Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across geographical zones
  • Knowledge of complex rehab equipment and products (preferred)
  • Demonstrated technical or mechanical knowledge (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting (preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare management (preferred)
  • Proven ability to work in a matrixed environment (preferred)
  • Experience as a change agent in a rapidly changing environment (preferred)
  • Prior experience with physical inventory and remote inventory management (preferred)
