Your role:
Our owner-managed company is seeking an experienced foreman (m/f/d) with a passion for construction projects and strong organizational skills.

As the interface between the office and construction site, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing our construction projects independently.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Independent coordination and supervision of construction processes
  • Ensuring compliance with construction plans, work instructions, and quality and safety standards
  • Efficient organization and scheduling of labor, machinery, and materials
  • Awarding and acceptance of partial construction services according to contractual agreements
  • Conducting regular construction site meetings and reporting to the managing director and construction management
  • Creating reports and documentation on the progress of construction

What you should bring:

  • Successfully completed training in the construction industry
  • Several years of professional experience as a foreman or in a similar position
  • Indepth knowledge of occupational safety and health on construction sites
  • Proficient in MS
