More than just a career start: * You begin your career path at OKE Automotive in the Hoersteler Industriegebiet Ost.

* Here, you will be responsible for setting up and operating our machines. * Speaking of machines: We manufacture plastic parts for almost 80% of all cars you know. * You will embark on your journey with a total of about 35 apprentices in Hoerstel. * In Hoerstel, you will have about 500 employees at your disposal to answer any questions. Without exception. * After 2 years, you have a good chance of being taken on permanently.

And this is how your training will go:
You will set up our machines, put them into operation, and monitor the production process. You will also pay attention to the material flow and ensure quality using the computer terminal. Later on, you will learn about CNC control programs, maintain machines and equipment, and replace wear parts. Your knowledge of technical drawings and business relationships will make you a professional.

This training provides a good foundation for further career opportunities with us, such as industrial mechanic, tool mechanic, or plastic and rubber technologist.
