- Leading a team of associates to complete tasks such as picking orders, organizing stock, and cleaning
- Reading order lists and picking orders with accuracy
- Providing feedback to associates, and holding them to a high standard to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Neatly shelving and organizing products within the warehouse
- Assisting with receiving new products into inventory
- Delivering merchandise to stores within HersheyparkR or our other properties
- Training team members on departmental standards and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of applying
- Must be friendly, upbeat, and work well with other employees and be able to interact with our guests
- Must be capable of working in a team setting and independently
- Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines
- Must have the ability to safeguard confidential information
- Prior supervisor experience is preferred
- Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week, with shifts starting as early as 6:00 AM, Memorial Day through Labor Day
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work in a combination of indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Employees are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather.
- Physical requirements include the ability to stand (for up to five hours at a time), walk, bend at the waist and knees and have repeated manual dexterity, and the ability to push, pull, and reach above shoulder level and lift up to sixty (60) pounds without assistance

The Warehouse Coach position is responsible for leading a team to help pick orders, put away products, deliver orders to stores within the Park, and complete organizational tasks.
