The Department of Anesthesiology, Intensive Care, and Emergency Medicine provides care for patients from all surgical and internal medicine specialties.

We work in four operating rooms, the delivery room, and the Cardiovascular Center with an angio suite and cardiac catheterization laboratory.

Pre-medication is mainly done in the pre-medication outpatient clinic. We perform all modern anesthesia procedures, including one-lung ventilation for thoracic spine surgery and ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia. Our modern anesthesiology-led interdisciplinary IMC/intensive care unit provides care for critically ill and intensive care patients.
