Description

Responsibilities for overarching topics such as cost verification, unit costs, and quantity units at the "gateway" of the SSD
Responsibility for company planning processes within the SSD and representation of SSD delivery and performance components with regard to requirements for structures (e.g. service function groups, quantity units, etc.)
Participation and support of SSD departments in updating portfolio and service allocations and ensuring correct cost allocation in coordination with contract managers
Active participation in planning rounds and conducting variance analyses and corrections for the forecast
Implementation of measures to optimize and increase efficiency in the entire SSD area, as well as ensuring the cost-effectiveness of these measures
Development and implementation of projects to optimize processes and procedures
Coordination of individual areas within the SSD for other overarching topics such as order management, benchmarking, and capacity planning
Completed relevant degree or comparable qualification
At least six years of professional experience
Excellent knowledge in the area of control and process flows of IT companies
Experience in optimization, efficiency, and development programs or excellence programs
Profound theoretical and practical knowledge in the application of new principles, methods, and tools
Excellent organizational skills at BWI
Excellent communication skills at the management level, ideally also with many years of professional leadership experience
Outstanding ability to structure and implement complex issues in a results-oriented manner
Active driving qualities for change processes, very high level of adaptability, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills
