We are looking for an interested and dedicated station manager for our neurological and vascular surgery ward, in a well-established team.


Responsibilities:

  • Leading the station teams and planning resources and personnel for the station
  • Organizing and coordinating nursing care processes and managing interfaces
  • Instructing and training apprentices, auxiliary and assistant staff, etc.
  • Participating in ward rounds, work and project groups
  • Computerassisted patient and care management

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f) and professional experience
  • Completed qualification as a station manager
  • Motivation, initiative, creativity and futureoriented problemsolving skills
  • Ability to make decisions and enforce them, as well as teamwork and cooperation skills
  • Patient and serviceoriented understanding of nursing
