Your Role:


  • Support our outsourced bookkeeping
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Assist with continuous liquidity management
  • Assist with generating and auditing monthly and annual financial statements
  • Prepare reports for management, the supervisory board, and shareholders
  • Prepare regulatory reports
  • Support potential capital increases and maintain communication with investors
  • Learn about risk management and assist with risk inventory and capacity calculations

Your Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, economics, business informatics, or a related field with a focus on finance
  • Previous practical experience, such as management consulting, auditing, or working in the finance department of a startup, scaleup, or corporation
  • Strong interest in IT and proficient in common office tools
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Basic knowledge of established bookkeeping tools
  • Professional and confident demeanor
  • Motivated and eager to learn
  • High level of integrity
  • Diligent and organized work ethic
