Position Summary/Purpose of Position:


  • This internship provides an opportunity for a motivated individual to gain handson experience in graphic design and visual communication. The intern will work closely with our marketing team, assisting with various design projects and learning industrystandard software and techniques.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the creation of visual identities for campus clients, including logos, color palettes, typography, iconography, and other brand elements
  • Assist in the design and layout of marketing materials, brochures, and presentations
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for visual identity projects
  • Perform other designrelated tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:


Education:


  • Currently enrolled as a fulltime undergraduate or graduate student at the University of Maryland with a focus on graphic design, digital media, visual communications, or a related field.

Experience:


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
