Your responsibilities:

  • Your responsibilities include all aspects of protecting intellectual property in development projects.
  • You will be the contact person (m/w/d) for colleagues from research and development, product management, and production regarding the protection of digital inventions, software inventions, and digital business models.
  • You will proactively conduct invention workshops to identify ideas worth protecting.
  • You will develop strategies for protecting digital business models for our plant and mechanical engineering products.
  • You will conduct freedom-to-operate analyses and develop strategies to ensure freedom of action in relation to third-party intellectual property,
