What we need:
Your energetic support


We are currently looking for a student assistant (as a working student or on a 520€ basis, approximately 10-12 hours per week) for our customer service and back office.

In this role, you will work closely with our products and be in constant communication with our team, brand ambassadors, and logistics partners.

Responsibilities


The adventure includes the following tasks:

  • Exchange of product components (small/simple repair service)
  • don't worry, you don't have to be MacGyver to handle this.
  • Coordination with external repair services for larger damages.
  • Influencer communication you will ensure that our brand ambassadors are following the guidelines for using our tents.
  • Helping out wherever needed and using your knowledge and skills because we are and will always be people with a startup heart
  • You will coordinate your schedule with the team (23 people) mainly during the week.
