Lead Dental Assistant Needed


Are you passionate about creating a positive dental experience for children? we, a leading pediatric dental practice, is looking for an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team.

We believe in providing exceptional care in a warm, friendly environment, and we need a people-oriented professional who shares our commitment to children's dental health.

*Responsibilities**:

  • Provide highquality dental assistance during various pediatric dental treatments.
  • Manage and lead the dental assisting team to ensure efficient operation of the practice.
  • Train and mentor new dental assistants and staff.
  • Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Foster a welcoming and comforting environment for young patients and their families.
MWF 8-5 T/TH 9-6 Partial Saturdays days a month

*Qualifications**:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental assisting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a lead dental assistant role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proven track record of leadership and staff management in a dental setting.
  • Passionate about pediatric dental care and patient comfort.
