We are currently seeking a Production Manager (m/f/d) for our location at AGAPLESION DIAKONIEKLINIKUM Rotenburg gGmbH in Port Arthur, TX.

AGAPLESION CATERING GmbH is responsible for providing meals to patients of AGAPLESION gAG and operating hospital cafeterias.


Your profile:


  • Completed training as a cook
  • Several years of professional experience, including experience in communal catering
  • Additional qualifications in business administration are desirable
  • Motivated, cooperative, goaloriented, and independent work style
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to understand, break down, and develop recipes for special production processes

Your tasks:


  • Assisting in the preparation of hot and cold dishes
  • Calculating meals and recipes
  • Managing, monitoring, and documenting daily food production
  • Ensuring compliance with all established quality standards, as well as HACCP guidelines and all applicable food and hygiene regulations
  • Supervising assigned employees
