To complete our team in the Department of Construction, Nature Conservation and Regional Development, we are looking for a Engineer (m/f/d) in the field of Civil Engineering or Architecture (Diploma/University of Applied Sciences/Bachelor) or Higher Administrative Service as a process coordinator, starting as soon as possible.

The permanent full-time position is classified in pay group 12 of the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD) or salary group A 12 SHBesO.

The responsibilities include in particular:

  • Being the central contact person and coordinator for company settlements and infrastructure projects (especially in connection with the expansion of renewable energies) with regard to the necessary public-law approval procedures
  • Establishing and maintaining close connections with the authorities involved, with the aim of very early and qualified coordination of the approval requirements and quick processing of special commercial projects
  • Constructive and solution-oriented advice and "accompaniment" of investors in all stages of project implementation,
