Reservation Agent (m/f/d)

Your Profile:

You have completed a vocational training in the hotel industry or have previous experience in the hotel industry
Knowledge of the OPERA operating system and MS Office programs is desirable
Fluent in both German and English
You have an outgoing personality and impress with your friendly and courteous manner towards guests
You have a selfsufficient work style
You are flexible, resilient, and have a high level of teamwork skills

Your Tasks:

Telephone and written consultation/sales for all services and offers
Telephone and written booking, system entry, processing, and sending of confirmations (guests from tour operators, private guests)
Creation of offers and processing of offer reminders
Complaint management
Reservation control
Optimization of room occupancy plans
Ensuring smooth internal and external communication
