Gravette is a municipal provider with various inpatient, outpatient, and home care services for elderly people in the eastern and southeastern areas of Munich.

Our shareholders are the municipalities of Anzing, Finsing, Oberding, Poing, and Grafing. We are currently seeking CARE PROFESSIONALS (M/F/D) IN FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME for our senior home in Poing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Holistic and activating care, support, and assistance for the elderly
Ensuring and implementing our care concept, in-house care quality, and processes
Maintaining contact with relatives and caregivers
Diligent management of care documentation

YOU BRING WITH YOU:

Completed vocational training as a geriatric nurse or health and nursing care professional
Open, positive attitude towards residents, relatives, and others involved
