Responsibilities:


Key Accountabilities

Role accountabilities include:

  • Lead team through full ERP implementation cycle from technologyled design to deployment, recommending standardized solutions and ensuring appropriate stakeholder buyin and signoff. Ensure high quality and valueadded documentation of functional and technical solution design.
  • Lead the handson configuration in Oracle Cloud Financials (AP, AR, GL, CM, FA), Supply Chain, CX, and other modules as necessary working with client stakeholders to ensure configurations are in alignment with business requirements.
  • Assist with overall project strategy including design of team structure and tracks, implementation partner selection and management, schedule, etc.
  • Directly and indirectly manage onshore/offshore consultants and extended internal project team members during implementation and post golive.
  • Provide regular status updates to the organization, risk identification & mitigation, and assist in developing change management & user training programs.
  • Plan and implement post golive operational support structure for Oracle cloud environment to provide daytoday user support, recurring update & enhancement management, master data management, reporting & analytics support, integration management, system health KPI tracking, etc.

Qualifications:

Experience/Qualifications/Education Required

  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, information systems, or related field required (master's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience).
  • 510 Years experience implementing at least 15 large scale ERPled enterprise transformational initiatives (Oracle Cloud ERP implementation must be at least 1 of these), while maintaining full budget responsibility and enabling change & delivery accountability.
  • Demonstrated experience transitioning complex ERP platforms across technologies with complex data conversion requirements.
  • At least 810 years management and project management experience, managing large size teams with mixture of direct report and consultants. Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, processes, and tools required.
  • At least 10 years of crossdepartmental working business experience, with demonstrated ability to successfully engage, empathize and connect with a wide variety of business owners and stakeholders to effectively drive business/technology alignment and progress of initiatives.
  • At least 10 years of experience working in a medium to large corporate environment, preferably with a public company.
  • 8+ years in software systems or architecture development and delivery with demonstrable experience in innovation and emerging technologies.
  • In depth experience with and understanding of corporate and financial processes, ideally with strong understanding of implementation of industry standards to simplify and standardize processes.
  • 510 years of experience managing medium to large size teams of direct reports and combination of onshore/offshore consulting resources.
  • Ability to build and lead highly effective, motivated, and productive teams.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and communication abilities, including:
  • Translating requirements and facilitating communications between business partners, technical and non-technical team members, both verbally and visually.
  • Good judgement, ability to quickly get to the underlying root cause of problems or issues.
  • Experience in leading change initiatives through process
- and metrics-based leadership.

  • Managing and engaging on multiple, complex projects with competing needs and resource requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical ideas in businessfriendly language.
  • Multicultural and multiregional experience is highly preferred.
  • Renewable energy industry experience is desirable.
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. up to 1020% of time.
