Responsibilities:

You will be the direct contact for all aftersales inquiries and will answer them by phone and email
You will be responsible for all service processes (B2B and B2C) such as returns, delivery date inquiries, and transport damages from endtoend
Through active complaint management, you will use the opportunity to create a positive customer experience even in such situations

Profile:

Successfully completed commercial or technical education, preferably with experience in logistics
Practical experience in customer and supplier communication, ideally in product consulting in the B2B sector
Think Customer First strong customer orientation and commitment
Confident, flexible, and goaloriented communication skills
Independent work style combined with a serviceoriented mindset
Proficient in MS Office and ideally familiar with Microsoft Dynamics AX
