Responsibilities:

  • Strategic development and direction of product development
  • Team leadership for product development (5 people, both technical and disciplinary)
  • Strategic and operational responsibility for product range
  • Product development: from initial idea to product design and market launch
  • Product and category management
  • Cost calculation and pricing
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations in the area of responsibility (e.g. product labeling, certifications)
  • Intensive communication with purchasing, production, marketing, and sales departments

Qualifications:

  • Completed education or degree in a relevant field
  • Business knowledge
  • Project management experience
  • Creativity and innovative spirit
  • Organizational skills
  • Solutionoriented work style with a focus on quality and cost awareness
  • Proactive and responsible
  • Sense of trends, market changes, and consumer needs
  • Passion for highquality design products
  • Proficient in MS Office
