Your tasks:


  • Taking on all tasks in accounting (creditors and debtors)
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements, balance sheet determinations, quarterly inventory
  • Coordination of accounts receivable management
  • Monthly evaluations and closing activities such as reporting statistics, reconciling cost of goods sold, monitoring inventory changes
  • Creating key figures
  • Preparation of annual financial statements in collaboration with management and central accounting
  • Reviewing and booking travel expense reports
  • Archiving, general reporting
  • Creating and compiling all necessary shipping documents, delivery notes, and invoices, COCs in compliance with specific country regulations
  • Export processing
  • Ensuring shipment in coordination with customer logistics
  • Obtaining licenses, certificates, and certifications
  • Monitoring the receipt of export documents
  • Maintaining inventory lists of customer transportation vehicles
  • Invoicing
  • General administrative tasks

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Knowledge in the areas of accounting and customs is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office / ERP system Dynamics NAV 2013 is desirable but not required
  • Independent, accurate, and structured way of working
  • Personal commitment and teamwork skills
