The company is responsible for the food supply and operation of two cafes as well as the cafeterias at the Ev.

Krankenhaus Mülheim, Ev. Krankenhaus Oberhausen and Wohnstiften Raadt, Uhlenhorst and Dichterviertel.

We are currently looking for a


Manager (m/f/d) for the cafeteria at the Ev. Krankenhaus Mülheim
to support our service operation, starting as soon as possible, in full-time.

Varied dishes and a central location on the hospital grounds make the
cafeteria at the Evangelical Hospital Mülheim a popular meeting place - for both employees and patients as well as visitors.

Daily changing lunch dishes, snacks and drinks are offered.

  • Your responsibilities
  • Active involvement in operational processes
  • Ensuring excellent service and quality of food and drinks
  • Responsibility for compliance with agreed standards

in addition:

  • Independent monitoring of turnover and cost development based on the given budget
  • Commercial and organizational processing in the kitchen area (e.g. assortment control, product development, daily cash reconciliation, implementation of the HAC
