Your tasks:
- You establish and build long-term relationships with our European and global customers for a collaborative partnership
- You regularly communicate with your customers, professionally prepare acquisitions, and use your metrics to evaluate various scenarios
- During the acquisition phase, you direct the internal project team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You create proposals and handle orders until final contract closure
- You are responsible for the costs and profitability of your projects towards our customers, sales management, and executive management
- Through your curiosity and interest in your customers' topics, you quickly identify important sales opportunities
Your profile:
- Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable education with professional experience
- Experience and know-how: Experienced in sales-oriented customer management; knowledge of contract law; basic knowledge of electronic mechanical components; proficient in MS Office and PPS systems
- Language: Good to very good knowledge of German and English
- Personality: Persuasive personality; excellent communication skills across all hierarchy levels; structured and independent work style; systematic and analytical approach with foresight; willingness to travel (20%)
