We are looking for motivated individuals like you to join our Field Operations Team and help us tackle the challenges of the mobility sector with connected and sustainable services.


As a Supervisor in Vehicle Detailing, your task is to provide optimal support to our Street Team employees, lead by example, and actively participate in achieving the best possible results.


Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new employees, re-training, and conducting quality checks to bring Otoqi's values to life.


Your responsibilities:

  • You support the Operations Manager in various areas and are the first point of contact for the Street Team.
  • You are actively working with your team and participate in vehicle detailing.
  • Your tasks include training new employees, retraining, conducting quality checks, and providing additional training for the entire team.
  • You conduct quantitative monitoring and regular quality checks. You discuss the results with management and provide constructive feedback to the team.
  • You are the technical contact person and support in the optimal use of cleaning materials and achieving the best possible vehicle detailing results.
