We are currently seeking a qualified pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at Patrick AFB for our residents in our stationary integration support programs. Our groups are located in Neukirchen-Vluyn and Wegberg-Arsbeck.

Apply now for a permanent part-time position (20 hours/**) as a pedagogical specialist (m/f/d).

Key responsibilities include *

Conducting support programs for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults with disabilities in individual and group settings in the afternoon and evening.
Interest in developing your own pedagogical projects, such as musicals, bands, etc. Our well-equipped music room is available for this purpose.
Developing interventions based on the developmental stage of the clients for the care work of the group home professionals.
Identifying the needs of clients in their various systems in collaboration with the group home professionals.
Promoting perspectives, self-determination, and the exploration of new experiences for the benefit of our residents.
Having a diverse repertoire of methods and the ability to adapt and apply them according to the needs of our diverse clientele.
Willingness to participate in helper conferences, crisis discussions, and team meetings.
