We are currently looking for a

Facility Technician (m/f/d) specializing in electrical engineering or heating, ventilation, plumbing

Your tasks

  • Planning, execution and organization of maintenance and repair work on buildings as well as technical systems and equipment (e.g. heating, ventilation, sanitary facilities, gas, electrical engineering)
  • Direct contact person for the management in all technical matters
  • Implementation of measures for occupational safety as well as planning and execution of legally required inspections
  • Organization and supervision of external companies
  • Assistance in the maintenance of green and park areas (summer/winter)
  • Execution/coordination of winter service

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in a manual/technical profession
  • Professional experience in the fields of heating, plumbing, ventilation or electrical engineering
