_ When will you work?_

  • The hours for this position are Monday
  • Friday 9:30am6pm.

_ What you'll do:
_

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Receive daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
  • Maintains safe and clean front desk area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure customers receive quality care and meet all health and safety standards and protocols
  • Collecting and processing payments for pickup orders
  • Accept customer and prescription information required to process new and refill prescriptions
  • Rx Entry
  • Dispense prescriptions to pickup customers
  • Handle register including closing out the register and till
  • End of month inventory
  • Make outbound calls to pickup customers when ready
  • Sort pending faxes
  • Handle inbound reception phone calls and direct them as necessary

_ What you've done:
_

  • Licensed with the AZ Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee
  • Obtained a High School Diploma or GED
  • Established strong basic math skills
  • You're computer savvy and can navigate the internet with ease
  • Worked in a pharmacy or have experience in the veterinarian field a plus
  • 12 years of relevant work experience in a customercentric environment. Never worked in a call center? No problem
