Description

For an international client company in the greater Stuttgart area, we are currently seeking a Business Lawyer (m/f/d) / Legal Counsel (m/f/d) / Legal Counsel (m/f/d) for Data Protection and Law to start as soon as possible in a permanent position.

Responsibilities

Independent establishment and continuous development of a data protection management system for the parent company and its international subsidiaries
Preparation and review of data protection-related documents
Planning and implementation of data protection training
Independent planning and execution of projects
Point of contact (m/f/d) for management and departments for all legal issues, particularly contract law

Profile

You have a degree in Business Law (m/f/d), a degree in Law (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
You have knowledge and professional experience in the areas of data protection and contract law
Fluent in English
Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a hands-on mentality
Proficient in MS Office applications
