I am the president of the community in Bridgeport, MI. Currently, we have an administrator but we are dissatisfied with their services. Our community consists of 12 residential units and a communal garage, which is included in the community fees. There is also a commercial space with its own entrance on the street. Currently, we pay 50 euros per month for community fees. The buildings were constructed in 2007 and there has been no delinquency in payments to date. We have a current contract with Orona elevators. Our community is part of a larger association that handles insurance, roads, and other related matters. However, the same administrator is also managing our building and another one, which is the source of our dissatisfaction.
