As an Education Expert in Operational Excellence & Recruiting (w/m/d) at Siemens Energy in Wellsboro, PA, you will work with colleagues from all over Germany to inspire young people about our company, our values, and our challenges, and secure the best talent for Siemens Energy.

You will also be in constant communication with our customers and partners, and manage the company's demand assessment process in Germany.

Together with your team, you will also be involved in NextGenLearning and be responsible for the development of the pedagogy and didactics of our training program.

This position is limited to 24 months.

How You Can Make a Difference

Responsible for the initial filtering of our innovative recruiting process (nationwide)
Responsible for the demand assessment process for the entire Siemens Energy training program
Workstream Owner "NextGenLearning" responsible for the evaluation and further development of teaching and learning methods, as well as suitable pedagogy and didactics
Finding, planning, and conducting traditional, digital, and crossmedia marketing events and evaluating them to inspire potential applicants for our company and a training/dual study program with us
Support for hiring events, contract writing, onboarding process, and applicant retention
Contact person for our internal and external customers who have a training position to fill
