IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Exciting tasks

Receiving, analyzing, and processing requests in first/second level support
Recording and processing tickets (by phone, remote, and on-site)
Identification, diagnosis, and resolution of IT problems
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components
Setting up and managing user accounts
Support in administration, system customization, and maintenance
Documentation of support activities and creation of reports
