Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations such as schools, churches, and chamber of commerce to promote CBV for staffing, residency, and volunteering opportunities

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, ensure job descriptions are accurate, and determine selection criteria for open positions

Attend job fairs and recruitment events and develop long-term recruiting strategies.

Recruit and screen volunteers as needed for daily activities, recurring opportunities, or special events

Salary:
$65,000


Requirements:


  • Position works 100% on site
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
  • Familiarity with social media and professional networks
  • Handson experience with fullcycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of applicant tracking software is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience in longterm care or healthcare is a plus
  • Strong organization, planning, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well with a diverse group of employees and volunteers
