To strengthen our team in the field of kindergartens, we are currently looking for 30 to 39 hours per week


Educators for our Leuchtturm Kindergarten in Marzahn-Hellersdorf


Our Leuchtturm kindergarten with 65 places is located in a quiet, green residential area on the edge of the Springpfuhlpark in Berlin Marzahn-Hellersdorf.

The kindergarten was opened as a pilot project on June 1, 2021 and is the first of its kind on the ground floor of a modular accommodation for refugees, in close proximity to our Notenhopser kindergarten with which we have a close cooperation.


Your responsibilities:


  • Daily care of children aged eight weeks to school enrollment
  • Promotion of children in all educational areas according to the Berlin educational program
  • Cooperation with parents
  • Implementation of AWO quality management
  • Willingness to implement scientific activities

You bring with you:


  • Completed training as a staterecognized educator or a comparable qualification
  • Commitment and joy in educating, raising, and caring for children
  • Openness and tolerance towards children and parents and their life situations
