What to expect
  • In addition to extensive medical knowledge, as an ATA trainee you will also gain technical skills related to the operating room and anesthesia, preparing you for your role as an Anesthesia Technical Assistant
  • During your three-year training, you will learn how to care for patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
  • You will learn how to prepare for anesthesia, assist the medical staff, and gain insights into the workflow and coordination, organization, and documentation of anesthesia
  • You will discover a wide range of specialties and have the opportunity to complete practical training in different clinics and departments
  • You will be an important part of the anesthesia team and will be supported through regular practical training sessions to prepare for your final exam
What you bring
  • You have a secondary school diploma or high school diploma, or a primary school diploma and at least two years of vocational training as a nursing assistant / elderly care assistant (m/f/d)
  • You are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork
  • You have strengths in resilience, flexibility, and communication
