What you will learn

During your training, you will go through many exciting stations, including:

  • Driving service: You will sit behind the wheel of a bus, subway or tram and safely bring our customers to their destination.
  • Customer service: You will advise our customers in the customer center or be a direct contact person on the platform or in our vehicles.
  • Workshop: Every day, over people travel with VAG. It is clear that the vehicles also need to be maintained. In the workshops, you will support your colleagues in regular maintenance - for a safe and proper condition of our vehicles.
  • Driving and scheduling: When a new bus line is introduced, you will develop a new schedule and calculate how many vehicles will be used for the new route.
  • Central service control center: You monitor customer flows and inform about delays or disruptions through loudspeakers. You are the contact person for our passengers at the customer telephone.
Your training as a specialist in driving operations lasts 3 years.
