Chemical Laboratory Technician / Chemical Engineer To support the R&D team at the Knapsack/Hürth location To support our Adsorbents and Additives Business Unit at the Knapsack (Hürth) location, we are currently seeking a Chemical Laboratory Technician / Chemical Engineer to join our team as soon as possible

Your responsibilities:
Planning, conducting, evaluating, and documenting qualified and challenging tasks in the areas of synthesis, process development, quality control, or application technology within general guidelines Building experimental apparatus and carrying out chemical reactions with particularly high levels of difficulty in terms of raw materials/products, reaction conditions, or quality requirements Coordinating workflows in the laboratory Managing projects with high complexity and potentially multiple interfaces (e.g. pilot plant, production, marketing, external customers or suppliers)

Contributing your own ideas and implementing them independently in projects in consultation with your supervisor Independently planning test programs Independently evaluating test and analysis results and determining or suggesting further measures Preparing and participating in handover meetings and project team meetings Your profile:
Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or Chemical Technical Assistant, ideally with professional experience Interest and knowledge in the field Good PC skills, particularly in working with MS Office Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken High commitment and curiosity, personal dedication, and teamwork Independent, responsible, and structured work We offer you: As a Chemical Laboratory Technician at Clariant, you will start with a top employer that offers you, among other things: Attractive
