Your tasks:
In REWE's high school graduate program, you can shorten your training as a retail salesman (m/f/d) to 18 months. After that, with good performance, you will complete a further 22 months of training to become a retail specialist (m/f/d). You can also look forward to the following:

Determining the merchandise needs of different departments, as well as procurement, storage, and control of goods
Conducting consultation and sales conversations
Taking on projects, such as customer retention and quality assurance
Training in staff management and conducting personnel planning
Creating sales statistics and conducting performance checks and settlements
