Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) Neighborhood Development

Location: Berlin

Our client is a real estate developer in Berlin. The experienced team of experts has high standards for smooth real estate management and uses their skills to oversee the entire cycle of property development - from acquisition to development, management, and marketing.

Due to positive business growth and an exciting project portfolio, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) for Project Development at our Berlin location.

Responsibilities

Project management as owner's representative for large-scale new construction projects

Coordination with authorities, planners, architects, specialist engineers, and individual trades

Management of building permit procedures

Selection and management of general contractor as project manager

Contract management

Identification of project risks

Requirements

Successfully completed technical degree in architecture, civil engineering, or similar

Relevant professional experience in project management, ideally in residential new construction

Good knowledge of procurement, planning, and contract law (AHO)

Strong commercial and technical understanding

Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, team spirit, and a structured and independent work style

Proficient in MS Office applications
