The Process Engineering Leader (m/w/d) in Schleswig is responsible for leading the team of process engineers and process specialists at the plant.

They will develop and implement safe, sustainable, and cost-effective improvement solutions for safety, quality, production, and maintenance.

The Process Engineering Leader will work closely with the European Engineering, IPS Management, and Digital & Automation teams to develop and coordinate the continuous improvement project pipeline for the site.

Core Responsibilities:

Continuous Improvement / IPS - Identify, develop, and implement safe and cost-effective improvement solutions for the manufacturing team based on operations data analysis, root cause analysis, and audits.

Support the implementation of Lean Six Sigma and IPS tools and methodologies in alignment with the IPS Manager Europe.
