As our Construction structures continue to grow, we are looking for individuals interested in advancing their careers in the following position:

PROJECT ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT (m/w/d)

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the project manager and team with administrative tasks
  • Documenting and managing employees' working hours
  • Creating reports and documentation related to working hours
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Maintaining general office organization and administration
  • Managing and organizing project documentation for the construction site

Requirements:

  • Completed education in an administrative field
  • Experience in administrative support, preferably in a construction project environment
  • Excellent knowledge of employee time tracking, preferably with electronic systems
  • Fluent in German with strong communication skills in English
  • Proficient in office software and data management tools, with a focus on Excel
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Strong communication skills
