Our affiliate is undergoing a business split and reorganization of remaining activities. The HR department plays a crucial role in preparing and implementing this operation.

As a Human Resources Officer, your responsibilities will include:
Training:
Project Masterplan: Employee communication to increase participation rate, initiation and implementation of further measures, communication with agency.
Language tandem project: Communication, search for tandem partners, cooperation with French colleagues.
Collaboration on tenders and trainee projects.
Administrative and organizational tasks, such as database management.
Support for HR operational teams in all actions to assist employees who will be moving to their new employer.
Support for the Compensation and Benefits team.
Expatriates & Inpatriates:
Support for the relocation process.
Onboarding of new Impats in Germany.
Cooperation with French headquarters.
Supervisory tasks regarding questions, home tours, and rent subsidies.

Context and environment-
Expected qualifications:Master's degree in Human Resources. Previous experience is a plus.

Computing skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
