Description

Digitalization: You will be responsible for the management and coordination of national and international customer projects related to our fully automated logistics supply concept "ORSYmat" (dispensing machine/vending machine)

Liaison:

You will act as the liaison between national and international sales units and customers, and also work across departments. In collaboration with regional field sales teams, you will prepare customer appointments, such as rough concepts and recommendations for our supply system before and after.

Planning & Conceptualization:

You will plan, commission, and design our system solutions from A to Z - from availability to installation coordination and maintenance of data in our systems

Solution-oriented:
You will directly capture any potential system errors in our ticket system and work with the team to develop solutions, continuously improving our processes.
