We are a dynamic, innovative, medium-sized engineering firm that specializes in technical building equipment. Our main focus is on projects in the healthcare, industrial, and commercial construction sectors.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a DIPL-ING. FOR HLS CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (M/F/D) for our Chemnitz location.

Your responsibilities

  • Construction supervision of technical building equipment systems with project volumes ranging from 500 T€ to 10 Mio. €
  • Monitoring of construction progress
  • Collaboration in coordinating project stakeholders
  • Creation and monitoring of schedules using MS-Project
  • Verification of measurements and invoices
  • Documentation of construction progress
  • Travel within Germany may be required

Your profile

  • Completed degree (university / technical college / vocational school) in mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification, or state-certified technician / master in plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or refrigeration technology
  • Several years of experience in construction supervision of technical building equipment
  • Knowledge of industry-standard software (Office, MS-Project, ProReport or similar, AVA)
  • Thorough understanding of HOAI / VOB regulations
  • Confident and independent work style with
